• Beschreibung: Chromonar hydrochloride is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used to treat the symptoms of bowel disease. It relieves pain and reduces inflammation by blocking the production of prostaglandins. Chromonar hydrochloride may also be used to reduce blood pressure and relieve chest pain caused by heart disease. It has been shown to have cardioprotective effects in experimental models. Chromonar hydrochloride is metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of proteins, as well as other enzymes that maintain the integrity of DNA and RNA molecules. Chromonar hydrochloride can also cause an allergic reaction if taken with nitrous oxide.
