• Beschreibung: Coumatetralyl is a type of fatty acid with an activity index of 0.3. It has been used for the treatment of wastewater, and has high resistance to bacteria and plants. Coumatetralyl is a structural analog of prasugrel, which inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking the ADP-dependent P2Y12 receptor. The analytical method for coumatetralyl is based on the use of sodium carbonate as a solvent to dissolve the substance, followed by extraction with ether and analysis using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Coumatetralyl has shown antibacterial efficacy against coli K-12 and human serum, but toxicological studies have not been conducted.
