(4S)-4-(2-Chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinane 2-oxide is a synthetic reagent that can be used in organic synthesis. It is an enantiomer of (4R)-4-(2-Chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinane 2-oxide. This compound has been shown to have antiparkinsonian activity.
