Beschreibung

2-Cyanophenylboronic acid pinacol ester is an organoboron compound that is synthesized from aryl bromides and pinacol. This reagent can be used for coupling reactions, such as Suzuki, Miyaura, and cross-coupling reactions. It is also a useful catalyst system for unsymmetrical cross-couplings with triflates or biaryls. 2-Cyanophenylboronic acid pinacol ester has been used to synthesize 2-aminophenols by the coupling of phenols with 2-bromoaniline in the presence of copper(II) chloride at room temperature.
