4-[(4-Chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]-1-piperazineethanol dihydrochloride is a cholinergic drug that is used to treat allergic rhinitis in children and adults. It has been shown to be well tolerated in pediatric patients and geriatric patients, as well as being an innovative, labile, and biopharmaceutical compound. 4-[(4-Chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]-1-piperazineethanol dihydrochloride is not metabolized by the liver and does not have significant side effects.
