Beschreibung:
1-Chloro-4-phenylphthalazine is an alkoxycarbonyl and a potent anticancer agent. It has been shown to cause infarction in the tumor cells and inhibit their growth. 1-Chloro-4-phenylphthalazine is a potent anticancer agent that can be used for the treatment of cancer. This compound has also been shown to have in vitro anticancer activity on blood platelets and cardiac tissue. 1-Chloro-4-phenylphthalazine inhibits cell proliferation by inhibiting the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and proteins in malignant cells. It binds reversibly to DNA as well as with proteins such as actin, myosin, and tubulin.
