Beschreibung

A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor that is approved for the treatment of depression. Citalopram has no effect on the reuptake of noradrenaline and dopamine and elicits no inhibitory effect on dopamine, noradrenaline, serotonin, histamine, GABA or acetylcholine receptors. Reduces ethanol intake via non-antidepressant action.
