• Beschreibung: Edoxaban is an oral anticoagulant that inhibits thrombin, which is the main factor in the coagulation process. The drug was also found to be safe and effective in a clinical trial of patients with atrial fibrillation who had undergone cardioversion. Edoxaban does not interact with other drugs, but may increase bleeding risk when combined with drugs such as warfarin.
