Beschreibung

Chloro(2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2',6'-dimethoxy-1,1'-biphenyl)[2-(2-aminoethylphenyl)]palladium(II) is a palladium complex that has anti-fungal activity. It works by binding to the fungal cell membrane and forming pores in it, which leads to cell death. This drug also inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the synthesis of DNA and proteins. Chloro(2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2',6'-dimethoxy-1,1'-biphenyl)[2-(2-aminoethylphenyl)]palladium(II) is metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes in mammalian cells, and can be modified by urea derivatives.
