Beschreibung:
2,5-Dichloro-1H-benzimidazole is a pesticide that has been found to have potential therapeutic effects in animal models with abnormal blood pressure. The mechanism of action of 2,5-Dichloro-1H-benzimidazole is not well understood, but it has been shown to have pesticidal activity in vitro and in vivo. In cells treated with this compound, transcriptomic analysis revealed the upregulation of protein genes and downregulation of gene transcripts involved in immune functions. Monoclonal antibody treatment was able to restore the immune functions and alleviate the high blood pressure. Further research on the molecular mechanisms of 2,5-Dichloro-1H-benzimidazole could lead to new treatments for hypertension.
