Beschreibung:
(3,4-Dimethoxybenzyl)methylamine (DMBA) is a chemical that is used in the synthesis of glycols and as a reagent in organic synthesis. DMBA has been used to study the effect of nitrate on receptor activity. DMBA has shown to be an effective receptor modulator when irradiated with UV light for a short time frame. The optimal irradiation time was determined to be 5 minutes. DMBA also reacts with ammonium nitrate to form dioxane, which can be used for research purposes.
