Beschreibung

N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride is a methyl ketone that is used as an affinity ligand. It is synthesized by the reaction of hydrochloric acid and amide. N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride has been shown to have growth factor β activity and can be used in the synthesis of analogs. The compound has been shown to have biological properties and can be used as a synthetic pathway for other compounds. N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride reacts with hydroxyl groups in the presence of a base to form an ether linkage or with amines to form an amide linkage. This compound also has nmr spectra that are similar to those of growth factor.
