Beschreibung:N-Desmethyl tadalafil is a pde5 inhibitor that is structurally similar to sildenafil. It has been shown to be effective in enhancing erectile function and improving the quality of life in men with erectile dysfunction. N-Desmethyl tadalafil can be used as a dietary supplement for the treatment of impotence, as well as for other conditions such as pulmonary arterial hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Raynaud's phenomenon, and erythrocytosis. N-Desmethyl tadalafil has been shown to have an analytical method using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). It also shows structural analysis by cyclopentyl derivative and pde5 inhibitors.
