Beschreibung:
N,N'-Diethylhydrazine dihydrochloride is a synthetic compound that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of brain infarction and necrosis. It has been found to inhibit the production of the inflammatory cytokine, TNF-α. N,N'-Diethylhydrazine dihydrochloride is able to cross the blood-brain barrier and is expressed in human keratinocytes. N,N'-Diethylhydrazine dihydrochloride is an alkoxy radical scavenger and can prevent tissue damage by preventing oxidative stress during ischemic reperfusion injury. This drug also binds to nitrogen atoms in heterocycles with carboxylic acid groups.
