Beschreibung:
4,4-Difluoropiperidine HCl is a bromodomain inhibitor that can be used to treat cancer. It has been shown to bind to the bromodomains of the tumour suppressor BRD4 and inhibit cell proliferation by preventing transcription. 4,4-Difluoropiperidine HCl has also been shown in vivo to have a good pharmacokinetic profile with high bioavailability and minimal toxicity. This compound is an optimised ligand for the BRD4 protein that is selective for this target.
