Beschreibung:Dispase II is a proteolytic enzyme that can be used to break down the extracellular matrix and release cells from tissues. It is most commonly used as a tissue culture reagent to separate cells from tissues by breaking down the extracellular matrix, which contains collagen, elastin, and other proteins. Dispase II has also been shown to activate Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in liver cells, which may lead to increased production of inflammatory cytokines. Dispase II can also be used to break down the extracellular matrix in skin cells and corneal endothelial cells. Dispase II has been shown to activate cell factor pathways in primary cells.
