Beschreibung

Dipropylene glycol is a mixture of isomers, with the major component being dipropylene glycol. It is used as a solvent and chemical intermediate in the manufacture of coatings, plastics, and other chemicals. Dipropylene glycol has been shown to have low toxicity in rats and mice following oral administration. The inhalation toxicity of dipropylene glycol has not been studied in animals. Dipropylene glycol also appears to have no carcinogenic potential based on animal studies.
