Produktinformation
- 1H-indole, 5,6-difluoro-2,3-dihydro-
- 5,6-Difluorindolin
5,6-Difluoroindoline is a therapeutic agent that inhibits adenosine diphosphate (ADP) receptors in the blood platelets. It has been shown to inhibit thrombosis and cardiovascular diseases, such as arteriosclerosis. This drug also inhibits sulfonylurea receptors and prevents the binding of sulfonylureas to these receptors by competitive inhibition. 5,6-Difluoroindoline is a potent inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinases and may be used in the treatment of cancer.
5,6-Difluoroindoline has been shown to have no effect on platelet function or ADP-induced aggregation at doses up to 800 mg/kg in rats. The chemical structure of this compound is polymorphic.
