Beschreibung:
3,3-Diphenyl-D-alanine is a fluorinated D-amino acid that is membrane permeable and functional. It has been shown to be a prodrug for ghrelin and can be used to study the effects of ghrelin on humans. 3,3-Diphenyl-D-alanine has been shown to have agonistic effects in vitro and in vivo studies with no toxicity, making it an excellent candidate for drug development.
