Beschreibung:
3,4-Difluorobenzyl bromide is a potent antagonist of the CB1 receptor. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in leukemia cells, with a potency comparable to that of piperazine. In addition, 3,4-difluorobenzyl bromide inhibits protein synthesis and induces autophagy (a process by which cells break down their own components). 3,4-Difluorobenzyl bromide is also an inhibitor of growth factor receptor tyrosine kinases and can be synthesized on a solid phase.
