Beschreibung

Dimethyl-n-octylchlorosilane is a volatile liquid that can be used for sample preparation in cancer research. It is an example of a basic protein, which has the ability to bind to a variety of other molecules. This chemical can form films that are either hydrophobic or hydrophilic, depending on the pH of the solution. Dimethyl-n-octylchlorosilane is able to reduce water vapor and has been shown to have a high resistance against hydrolysis by cationic surfactants. This chemical also has a particle size and hydroxyl group that enable it to interact with human serum and specific antibodies. Magnetic particles can be used as carriers for this chemical during cell culture experiments.
