Beschreibung:Tilivalline is a compound that belongs to the class of 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid synthase inhibitors. It prevents the synthesis of 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid by binding to the enzyme and inhibiting its activity. The stereoselective inhibitory effect of tilivalline on bacterial cells has been demonstrated using mammalian cells in culture.
