Beschreibung

Erizimoside is a glycoside derivative that belongs to the group of lyses. It has been shown to have receptor-cell binding properties and can induce lysis in lepidii. The chemical structure of erizimoside consists of a glucose molecule linked to an aglycone, which has a chemical name of erythrosin B. Erizimoside is effective against cardiac tissue, cancer cells, and cervical cancer cells. The chemical study of erizimoside showed it to possess an aromatic hydrocarbon ring in its structure.
