• Beschreibung: Eicosapentaenoic acid ethyl ester (EPA-E) is a natural compound that belongs to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. EPA-E has been shown to be an antioxidant, which prevents oxidative damage and reduces inflammation. It has been found to lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in clinical trials. EPA-E also decreases body mass index, hepatic steatosis, and symptoms of metabolic syndrome.
