Beschreibung:Fennel oil is an anti-infective agent that has been shown to have a protective effect against colorectal adenocarcinoma. Fennel oil inhibits the growth of microbial cells by preventing the synthesis of bacterial DNA, as well as inhibiting mitochondrial membrane potential and cytosolic Ca2+ levels. This oil also has inhibitory properties and can be used in the treatment of vaginal atrophy, which is often caused by infectious agents such as Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Fennel oil is extracted from fennel seeds using a solvent extraction method or cold press. The extract is then separated into different fractions based on its boiling point and purified through vacuum distillation.
