5-Fluoro-2,4-Dioxo-N-[6-[[2-(2-Propylpentanoylamino)Acetyl]Amino]Hexyl]Pyrimidine-1-Carboxamide is a potent antitumor agent that has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mice. It is an inhibitor of the enzyme DNA polymerase alpha, which is involved in the synthesis of DNA.
