Beschreibung:
7-fluoro-4H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one is a biodegradable molecule that is synthesized from a catalytic reaction. It has been shown to have phytotoxic effects on plants and is therefore used as a synthetic skeleton for the synthesis of natural products. The optimized analogs of diboa and 7-fluoro-4H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one are also phytotoxic, but not as potent. 7-fluoro-4H-1,4 benzoxazin 3 one can be degraded in methanol or other solvents within 24 hours when exposed to light. The optimum reaction time for this molecule is between 3 and 8 hours.
