Beschreibung

2-Fluoro-4-iodopyridine-3-carbaldehyde is a palladium inhibitor. It is used in an annulation reaction with arynes to produce optically pure products. 2-Fluoro-4-iodopyridine-3-carbaldehyde inhibits the hydrolytic activity of the enzyme, which is an important step in metabolic pathways, and also inhibits the activity of the palladium catalyst.
