Beschreibung

5-((Z)-(5-fluoro-2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)methyl)-2,4-dimethyl is an inhibitor of protein kinase. It inhibits the activity of protein kinase C (PKC) and also has immunosuppressive properties. 5-(2,4-Dimethylphenyl)-5-[(5-fluoroindolinylidene)methyl]pyrrole is a white to off white crystalline powder that belongs to the class of pyrroles. It has been shown to be a vasotropic agent by binding to the alpha 1 beta 1 integrin receptor on vascular smooth muscle cells. This drug binds to aminophospholipids in plasma and can cause osteopathic lesions when injected into bone tissue. 5-(2,4-Dimethylphenyl)-5-[(5-fluoroindolinylidene)methyl]pyrrole has been shown to have antiinflammatory effects
