Fmoc-Asn(Trt)-Gly-OH is a peptide that can be synthesized from the N-terminal to the C-terminal in two steps. Fmoc-Asn(Trt)-Gly-OH has been used in bivalirudin and other drugs that inhibit thrombin activity.
