Beschreibung

Fenbendazole sulfone is an anthelmintic drug that is active in the treatment of nematode infections. It has been shown to effectively kill adult and larval nematodes, including those with resistance to other anthelmintics. Fenbendazole sulfone is used for the treatment of gastrointestinal helminth infections in humans, as well as for the treatment of cancerous tumors in rats. Fenbendazole sulfone is also currently being studied for its ability to inhibit the growth of certain bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella enterica.
