Beschreibung:
Furfuryl isopropyl sulphide is a white to yellowish-white crystalline solid. This product has a sweet, multidimensional, and acetyl derivative taste. Furfuryl isopropyl sulphide can also be used as an additive in food products. It has been shown to have a molecular weight of 136.27 g/mol and a melting point of -14 °C. The structural formula for furfuryl isopropyl sulphide is CH3CH2CH2SO3H. Furfuryl isopropyl sulphide can also be used as an emulsifier or diluent in cosmetic preparations, or as an analytical reagent.
