- Benzoic acid, p-fluoro-, anhydride
4-Fluorobenzoic anhydride is a chemical compound that reacts with other chemicals to form acids. 4-Fluorobenzoic anhydride has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties in vivo and in vitro. The epidermal growth factor (EGF) is the most potent mitogen for cultured human epidermal keratinocytes, and it can be used as a model for studying the mechanism of the biological properties of this chemical. 4-Fluorobenzoic anhydride has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Candida albicans. It also has antimicrobial activity against x-ray diffraction data, diphenolase activity, hl-60 cells, and wastewater treatment. The reaction mechanism of 4-fluorobenzoic acid formation is intramole
