2-Fluoronitrobenzene is a chemical compound that has two nitrogen atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, and a fluorine atom. It is used as an antimicrobial agent due to its ability to inhibit bacterial growth by interfering with the synthesis of DNA in the bacterial cell.
