Beschreibung

Fmoc-4-fluoro-D-phenylalanine is a fluorinated derivative of phenylalanine. It is used in the synthesis of a number of biotherapeutics, including conjugates and diagnostic agents. Fmoc-4-fluoro-D-phenylalanine has been shown to be cytotoxic to cancer cells in vivo. This drug has also been shown to be taken up by phagocytes and mononuclear cells, which are important for the uptake of drugs in the body.
