Beschreibung

(S)-(+)-3-Fluoropyrrolidine HCl is a dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the activity of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV). It is orally active and has a pharmacokinetic profile that includes a rapid absorption, good bioavailability, and short elimination half-life. The drug also has high selectivity for DPP-IV inhibition over other enzymes, such as aminopeptidase P.
