Beschreibung

Glutathione reduced ethyl ester (GR-E) is a potential anticancer drug that binds to the DNA and induces reactive oxygen species. GR-E has been shown to have minimal toxicity in vivo, with no observable adverse effects on the liver. GR-E has also been shown to be effective in treating squamous cell carcinoma cells by binding to their DNA and inducing apoptosis.
