Beschreibung

Growth hormone releasing protein-2 (GRP-2) is a synthetic, sustainable, and biocompatible dipeptide. GRP-2 is synthesized from the amino acids glutamate and boric acid. Growth hormone releasing protein-2 has been shown to be effective in treating women with adrenocorticotrophic hormone deficiency and some types of cancer. It is also used as a pharmacological agent for the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2. GRP-2 is injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly, and can be administered alone or in combination with other drugs such as insulin or glucagon. This drug also has a square shape that allows it to fit easily into airtight spaces.
