Beschreibung

Hexylcyclohexane is a polycarboxylic acid that is synthesized by the reaction of cyclohexane with hexyl chloride. It has been shown to have light emission properties, and also exhibits an increase in absorption at wavelengths of 350 nm. The chemical ionization technique has been used to identify the presence of a hydroxyl group, which is a polar compound, in this molecule. Hexylcyclohexane has a low boiling point and can be easily vaporized. It also undergoes phase transitions between solid and liquid states, as well as between liquid and gas states. Hexylcyclohexane is found to contain aromatic hydrocarbon groups and water molecules.
