Beschreibung:Hydroxy dimetridazole (HDM) is an organic compound that is the active ingredient of a monoclonal antibody that is used as a reagent for immunoassays. It has been shown to have a terminal half-life of approximately 5 hours with a lower limit of quantification of 0.5 ng/mL and an lc-ms/ms method for analysis. HDM can be used to measure test samples for the presence of chemical compounds, such as nitroimidazoles. Hydroxy dimetridazole can also be used in analytical methods, such as matrix effect or electrochemical detector, to determine chemical properties.
