Beschreibung:3'-Hydroxystanozolol, also known as oxandrolone, is a synthetic anabolic steroid that is used in the treatment of osteoporosis, HIV/AIDS-related weight loss, and muscle wasting. It has been shown to have genotoxic effects on human liver cells in vitro. 3'-Hydroxystanozolol binds to the alpha subunit of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) enzyme and blocks the DNA synthesis process. This drug inhibits phosphatases and may cause heart tissue damage by inhibiting repair mechanisms. 3'-Hydroxystanozolol has been shown to be genotoxic in animals and can cause liver tumors in humans.
