• Beschreibung: Hydroxythiohomo sildenafil is a pharmaceutical drug that belongs to the class of PDE-5 inhibitors. It is a metabolite of sildenafil and has been shown to have similar effects as its parent compound, but with improved absorption. This drug inhibits the breakdown of cGMP by phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) in the corpus cavernosum, leading to an increase in penile erection.
