Beschreibung:
Imidazo[1,2]pyridazine is an intramolecular hydrogen-bonded heterocyclic compound that can be found in the environment. It has been shown to inhibit the production of tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and other growth factors in mice with skin stromal tumours. Imidazo[1,2]pyridazine also has a number of inhibitory properties that are enzyme-specific. This drug has been shown to have therapeutic potential for autoimmune diseases and metabolic disorders, as well as cancer. Imidazo[1,2]pyridazine is metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes and eliminated through renal excretion.
