Beschreibung:Isoindoline is a compound that is used to treat bowel diseases. It is an inhibitor of jak1 and has been shown to be effective in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. The reaction mechanism of this drug is not fully understood, but it has been hypothesized that its activity may be due to inhibition of dpp-iv, which blocks the activation of T cells. Isoindoline was found to have low toxicity in h9c2 cells and redox potentials are expected to be low. This drug has also been shown to inhibit the synthesis of fatty acids by inhibiting the action of acyl-coenzyme A: diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2 (ACADS).
