Beschreibung:
1-Isocyanato-2-methoxybenzene is an organic compound that belongs to the group of quinoline derivatives. It is used in the treatment of bowel diseases and cancer, as well as inflammatory bowel disease. This drug has been shown to be effective against hypoxic tumor cells by inhibiting nitric oxide synthesis and preventing the production of inflammatory cytokines. 1-Isocyanato-2-methoxybenzene also inhibits basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and amines, which may be due to its structural analysis that shows a similarity with fatty acid synthase inhibitors.
