Beschreibung

Isoescin IA is a saponin that has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on autophagy in cells. It can be used for sample preparation, as it is able to remove proteins from the surface of plant tissues. Isoescin IA has also been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties and has been studied in mice with tumor cells. This compound was also tested for its toxicity in rats, and was found to be safe at high doses. Isoescin IA has also been studied clinically and found to be safe at high doses.
