Beschreibung:Isonicotine is a dry weight antimicrobial agent that has been shown to have antihypertensive activity. The phosphodiesterase inhibitory activity of aminophenyl derivatives was studied using a powder diffraction spectrum. Isonicotine was also found to be an inhibitor of the inflammatory response in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis. This compound has been shown to bind to the receptor for histamine and other compounds that are involved in allergic responses, such as leukotrienes and prostaglandins. Isonicotine has been shown to bind with sodium hydroxide solution and amide, which may be due to its basic nature.
