Beschreibung:
1H-Indole-3-carboxylic acid hydrazide is a pro-inflammatory agent that inhibits the growth of tumor cells. This compound has been shown to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory factors, such as IL-6 and TNFα, in ascidians. It also inhibits cell growth by binding to DNA at specific nucleotides and inhibiting transcription and replication. 1H-Indole-3-carboxylic acid hydrazide has been shown to induce apoptotic cell death in cancer cells, but not in normal cells. This compound can also be used as an antiplatelet agent for preventing thrombosis.
