• Beschreibung: KRP-203 is a growth factor that is activated by inflammatory stimuli. It has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect on human macrophages, as well as being able to reduce the size of atherosclerotic lesions in mice. KRP-203 has also been shown to be effective in vivo in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and bowel disease. KRP-203 is a biological agent that binds to the hydroxyl group of phospholipids, such as lysophosphatidylcholine, inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in activated cells. This agent also inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, or IL-6. KRP-203 may be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases or other types of inflammatory diseases.
