• Beschreibung: LRRK2-IN-1 is a kinase inhibitor that targets the LRRK2 protein. It specifically inhibits the kinase domain of this protein, which has been implicated in the development and progression of cancer. LRRK2-IN-1 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to this domain and dephosphorylates it, leading to apoptosis in cancer cells. This drug also has pharmacokinetic properties that are suitable for administration by injection or infusion.
